Best way to scan business cards at trade shows?

Came back from a 3-day expo with about 200 cards and I'm dreading typing them all in. What's everyone using?

Still typing contact details off business cards by hand in 2026

Watched one of our reps lose an entire Monday to data entry after a conference. There has to be a better workflow than this.

CamCard alternative that actually works?

It keeps misreading phone numbers and the export into my CRM breaks about half the time.

Intent scoring

Every post scored before you read a word

Two passes: a cheap filter drops the obvious noise, then each survivor gets read properly and scored 0-100 for buying intent — with a one-line reason for the score, so you can disagree with it.

  • Hot, warm, possible — ranked, not a flat list
  • A stated reason behind every score
  • Competitor threads flagged, not surfaced as leads
  • Relevancy slider to raise the floor

Fastest business card scanner for trade shows in 2026?

Need something that can handle a stack of 200+ cards without me checking every field by hand afterwards.

Explicitly asking for this exact category, right when trade-show timing makes it urgent.

Tired of manually typing business cards into my CRM

Every event ends the same way — a pile of cards on my desk and two hours of copy-paste.

Thoughts on lead capture apps for conferences?

Curious what everyone's using these days. We've been doing it on paper and it works fine, mostly.

Your inbox

An inbox for leads, not a spreadsheet

Results land in an inbox you can actually work through. Save the good ones, mark the ones you've replied to, and discard the rest — discarded leads disappear so you never read them twice.

  • Save, complete and discard as you triage
  • Filter by status, platform or score
  • Every scan kept separately in its history
  • New leads stream in live as they're scored

A drafted reply that reads like a person wrote it

For high-intent posts you get a reply written for that specific thread — leading with the thing the person actually asked, not a pitch. You review and post it yourself, in your own account.

  • Written against that post's context
  • Suggests the angle to take, and why
  • Nothing is ever posted automatically
  • Copy it out in one tap

200 business cards from one trade show — better way than typing them in?

Just got back and I'm staring at the stack. Dreading doing this by hand into the CRM again. There has to be a better way, right?

200 cards by hand after a show is brutal, yeah. If it's just contact extraction you need, worth checking whether the tool actually validates the data (misread digits in phone numbers are the annoying part) or just OCRs it raw…

Copy it, open the post, and reply in your own account — nothing is sent for you.
